Try your purchased items from the comfort of your home and if you changed your mind about something we will be happy to offer you a refund within 28 days of purchase. This includes sale items or with a promotion code. All items must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase. Unfortunately we can't offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item you will need to place a new order and get a refund for the item you wish to return.
For faster return service please inform us within 5 days of receiving the items. Returns should be sent directly back to the designer using our tracked returns service. Any returns without a returns form will not be accepted. Customers has to provide a tracking number. SilaDea is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
If your return claim is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and an address to return the item.
- UK Returns: For returns from the UK to UK based designers, we will provide a free Collect+ label.
- International Returns: For returns from outside the UK and/or to international designers, we will provide a free DHL label.
- US Returns: All US and International Returns are made with DHL. We will email you a DHL label and shipping documents required.
- Please note that all returns will require the label(s) and documents to be printed prior to posting.
All items must be sent back in the original packaging provided. Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewellery boxes and clothing tags should be included in your return.
Full refund on returns will be given if items when arrived was damaged or defected.
Skincare and beauty products can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any plastic wrapping intact.
Gift cards are not refundable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
You cannot return items that have been made to order or personalised for you.
Returns requested outside the standard 14 day window will only be accepted at our discretion.
Accepted returned items will be credited to the payment method used to originally purchase the items within 10 working days of receiving the return. Occasionally refunds to a credit or debit card can take up to 10 working days. Any original shipping charges will not ordinarily be refunded.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges.
If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original order. Unfortunately we're unable to put stock on hold.
