Q: How long will take for my jewellery to arrive? 

Process time 1-3 working days. 

3-10 business days within the U.S. and 1-3 weeks for international orders. Due to customs, some countries may experience delays.

Q: Can I resize my ring?

Yes! You can go to a local jeweler to resize it or send it back to us for a discounted resizing fee of £50 for a 10K/14K gold ring. Resizing takes approximately 2-3 weeks.

Q: Will my ring turn my finger green or rust?

No, it will not turn your finger green or tarnish. The base metal for our rings are ethically-sourced nickel-free 925 sterling silver. Other metals are gold filled (aka gold alternative). We add three layers of 14k gold vermeil, rose gold, or white gold, which gives your jewelry that extra shine and durability to prevent oxidation.

Q: Are you gemstone authentic?

Yes! All of the gems we use are natural and genuine. They are ethically sourced from reputable suppliers around the world.

Q: Do your gemstones come with a certificate? 

We source all of our gemstones from reputable suppliers. Our gemstones can be sent to SGA for certification for an additional charge of £150 upon request. We do not include the certificate to provide affordable prices for our fine jewelry. 

Q: Do you ship internationally

Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world except U.S. sanction countries.

Q: Will I have to pay for international Tax and Duties?

Yes, there are a few countries may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for these taxes and duties, we cannot control these costs.

Q: How much does shipping cost

We provide free U.S. and UK Shipping on every order and free international shipping on orders over £200. There is a subsidized rate of £9.95 for international orders below £200.

 Q: When can I use my promo code?

A: Our promotional codes can be used at the payment stage of checkout where it says Promo Code.  Please note, our promotional codes can expire and therefore may need to be used within a certain time frame.

Q: Can my order be shipped to a work address?

A: Yes! Just add the correct address at checkout.

Q: I ordered two items from you - why am I receiving two separate parcels?

A: We ship orders as soon as they ready.  This results faster shipping times, and if you've ordered  multiple items, you will receive your packages separately depend on custom made items or the ones are in stock would shipped immediately.   

Q: Can I return my order if I change my mind?

A:Yes, you can! However, made-to-order, or altered jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: How can I exchange my order?

A: Unfortunately we are not offering exchanges. If you wish for an exchange. you will need to place a new order and return the original order.  Go to our online Return Center 

Q: My order hasn’t arrived, can you help?

A: Yes, if you have any problems with your order at all, just contact us and we will help you. We will contact our partners and make sure everything will run smoothly with your shopping experience.

Q: What payment options do you offer and can I pay in my own currency? 

A: Yes. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or via PayPal. We accept all currencies so that you know exactly what you are paying.

Q: Can I pay over the phone?

A: Unfortunately we're unable to take payment over the phone.

Q: What should I do if the item I have just received is faulty or damaged?

A: In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, please inform our Customer Service team within 5 days from the date you received it, or directly via email to info@siladea.com  Please include a photo and description of the fault and we will arrange a return for a full refund or replacement for you.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving your return.
