A: It’s a store created with the modern women in mind. We pride ourselves on stocking forefront independent brands. This means you’ll always find the most interesting, unique and unusual designs on our site, carefully chosen by our team, while safe in the knowledge that they will arrive on your doorstep quickly and securely.
Q: What is so special about the brands and products available through SilaDea?
A: Our curated brand designers are of the highest manufacturing quality, ethical sustainable and in a limited production. this means you will be one of the few wearing a same piece.
Q: Do the brands you sell produce their collections in factories in less developed countries?
A: Most of our designers are manufacturing their items in EU, USA and UK by the designers themselves or under their close supervision. In the comfort of their small workshops or other spaces the designers predominately working with local artisans and using traditional handcrafted methods.
Q: Do you exotic skin and fur?
A: No! Will never sell exotic animals skins, fur or anything else unethical. We only sell animal hides such as cow and lamp where they are a by-product of the meat industry. We will never sell a product where an animal has been killed for its skin alone.
Q: When can I use my promo code?
A: Our promotional codes can be used at the payment stage of checkout where it says Promo Code. Please note, our promotional codes can expire and therefore may need to be used within a certain time frame.
Q: Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
A: Most of our designers ships orders worldwide. In the unlikely event of a brand that doesn't ship in your country the purchase wont be complete at checkout. We are working on providing customers more info on shipping destinations. See our Delivery page for more information. The cost of shipping will depend on where the product is coming from (our designers are based globally.
Q: Will I be charged customs and import duties?
A: We include the cost of all duties and taxes in your order, so you won't need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the following countries:
UK, USA, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
If you are ordering from outside the destinations listed above, the price you pay to SilaDea will exclude all relevant duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office/tax authority before placing an order.
Q: Can my order be shipped to a work address?
A: Yes! Just add the correct address at checkout.
Q: I ordered two items from you - why am I receiving two separate parcels?
A: The brands are responsible of shipping the order directly to you. This results faster shipping times, and if you've ordered from multiple brands, you will receive your packages separately from each of the brands.
Q: I’ve ordered items from multiple brands, will I have to pay for multiple shipping costs?
A: Yes. We work with designers from all over the world, so items are often being sent from very different locations, incurring multiple shipping costs, it will all add up into one payment when you check out! You can choose items from one brand to shave your money. We are also offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders above £200.
Q: I ordered two items from you - why have I been charged twice for delivery?
A: Our designers ship their products to you directly, meaning multiple shipping costs are incurred. Our brands are all small, independent businesses and you are supporting them with every purchase! We are working to achieve one flat fee for all orders made.
Q: How can I return my order if I change my mind?
A: Just get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange everything for you, for FREE. Then you have another 14 days to return the item. Any returned orders must be sent back within 28 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries).

Q: How can I exchange my order?
A: Unfortunately we are not offering exchanges. If you wish for an exchange. you will need to place a new order and return the original order. Go to our online Return Center.
Q: My order hasn’t arrived, can you help?
A: Yes, if you have any problems with your order at all, just contact us and we will help you. We will contact our partners and make sure everything will run smoothly with your shopping experience.

Q: Will I have to make multiple payments for every item I want?
A: One of the great reasons shopping with us, is that you can shop brads based around the world and use one single secure payment. Shop from multiple brands stress free.
Q: What payment options do you offer and can I pay in my own currency?
A: You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or via PayPal. We accept payment in £GBP, $EUR, $USD and $AUD so that you know exactly what you are paying.
Q: Can I pay over the phone?
A: Unfortunately we're unable to take payment over the phone.
Q: I’ve spotted a product cheaper somewhere else - what can you do about it?
A: If the product is cheaper on the brand's own website, or via one of their direct sales channels, please Contact Us and we will match the price for you! Please note we're unable to offer a price match for products sold through independent retailers, or being shipped internationally.
Q: Who am I buying from?
A: The customers, are purchasing any item directly from siladea and shipped from the designer.

Q: What should I do if the item I have just received is faulty or damaged?
A: In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, please inform our Customer Service team within 5 days from the date you received it, or directly via email to info@siladea Please include a photo and description of the fault and we will arrange a return for a full refund or replacement for you.
